They answered concerns that I had about my current set which had exposed wire threads, an issue they further informed me about, and divulged with me their Tire supplier which is down Mercer University Dr; useful information in the event that the tire size I may require was not currently in stock.
They were all polite , offered options and included a price match opportunity with my invoice in a timely manner!”

Del quickly found the quirky known Chrysler Town & Country / Dodge Ram Truck issue.... Relay by pass fix has fried.
Knew his stuff, charged a fair price for repair.... Not a few hundred extra because I am out of town customer and may never be back price gouge.... Or fake un needed repairs.
Nice fellow... Honest.
Did make it home to Clearwater Beach, FL and will have Freddy my mechanic here replace all spark plugs , ignition coil and tune up as suggested.

My only suggestion is your closed Sat & Sun. Maybe post a phone # ( your mobile) for out of town travelers to call for emergency repair.
Also have wife call all the local towing companies to generate biz .. South Express Tow said, "Never heard of Dels"

“I've always heard pretty good things about this business, but I've never had the fortune/misfortune to have to use them. Well, that changed when I was rear-ended by someone who clearly was not paying attention. From the very start, they were very clear on their communication about what the process would be like after I explained I'd never gone through this process before. They explained their previous experience with the insurance company that I was going through and what I might expect. But overall, it was a pretty seamless process, thankfully. When I got my car back, it was probably in better shape than when I dropped it off with them. Everything looked very nice. I saw no issues, other than some super minor green paint/marker on one of my windows. Honestly I'm not even worried about it, I can scrape it off later.
The only real fault I have with them is that their communication was a bit poor. I had no estimate communicated until I called them first. When more damage was discovered, it was the insurance that informed me rather than them. I wish they had communicated progress a little more frequently or even something as simple as some text message updates.”
