“Britt and son took us as a walkin on mamas Lexus air conditioner. Showed me the problem 5mins after hood was opened. The clutch had come completely off the AC compressor. 15 minutes later I had a full quote for the part and the labor and the Freon. They started this morning and we’re done by 11. The lot was really full with cars needing work, which is always a good sign. Highly recommend Britz to anyone needing a quick and honest repair job…Scott and Sue”

“This is the only part store I use. They're pretty knowledgeable and always tend to find anything I need regardless as to how difficult a part is to find. All employees are very patient and friendly and their main focus is to help assist their customers which is a huge plus in my opinion. If you're going to a part store then chances are your already having a rough day and the last thing you want is rude customer service that's impatient with you. This place hasn't ever made me feel as if I were a burden on their day so 10 stars if I could give it but I'll settle for 5 since it's all they offer. Highly recommend over all others.”

“Based on the bad reviews of the dealership, We were reluctant to take my car here for service. We wre pleasantly surprised. They estimated an hour for the service. We were in and out of the place in one hour and seven minutes. For years we have driven luxury cars - Mercedez Benz, BMW, and Lexus. These dealerships are spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. Since we bought this Dodge five years ago, the dealerships we have used have been below mediocre at best. The dealership in Perry, Ga., is the filthiest one we've ever seen. Horrible! We were pleased that this dealership rivals the top luxury service departments. Fast service, sparkling clean environment, and courteous employees. Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Warner Robins will be our go-to dealership from now on.”

“I have to give credit where credit is due. I was traveling from New Jersey to Florida and my transmission blew in Georgia. Luckily I had my truck towed to Emmett Head. They had an exact fit sitting on their shelf. They completed the transmission swap in about 4 hours and I was back on the road. I completed my trip to Florida and then drove back to New Jersey. This incident happened in October of 2020. It is now May of 2025 and I’m am still driving the truck with the same transmission that Emmett Head installed.
I forgot to leave a review when it happened but I just found the receipt in my glove box and reminded me that they should be recognized for their outstanding work. I would highly recommend Emmett Head and I would go to them again if I ever break down in Georgia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
