“Top notch auto shop!! We are so amazed at the customer service and full of gratitude! We were out of town when our car shut off out of nowhere. We came to this store, and they tested our battery. They then found out it was the alternator. Andrew and Derrick were so quick to find the solution. They quickly got the alternator out to us. There also was a wonderful mechanic that happened to be in the store that offered to replace the alternator! Andrew stayed until after 10pm when they closed at 9pm to make sure that our family got home safely. He also offered my girls suckers as we waited the few hours while the alternator was replaced. What a wonderful way to demonstrate fully committed customer service!”

I bought the truck from out of state and was even able to trade in my current truck for a new ram cab a chassis he also worked with a local installer to get my flatbed installed as well. With no hassle my truck was delivered without an issue and my trade in hauled back to Ga. Highly recommend!”

“I was having trouble with my car battery, so I took it to the Advance Auto Parts store on Hwy 96 location. The name of the team member that helped me was Devin. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. My battery test showed I needed a new battery. They had the exact same battery that I had, so he removed my old battery and installed the new battery in about 5 minutes. The price of the battery was very reasonably. I would highly recommend this store.”
“I drove thru and was looking when a 2023 Trailbrazer caught my eye. After looking all day in WR this was the last place I had to see. A salesman notice me taking a pic of it so came over and we talked. He was very nice, not pushy,ask if I wanted to test drive and I loved it. Mr Damascus Banks was my Saleman and his manager were very nice.”
“Came in to purchase a power steering hose for my Suzuki sx7 , didn’t think they would have this odd ball part but they did and they were great and very courteous ! Welcomed me right in the door didn’t even make it 5 steps in the door and was greeted with all smiles ! Got my power steering hose and they even offered me a related sale with my power steering hose so that I could find the leak in the hose ! Came out with everything I needed and took care of my problem , car is back on the road! Will def be back and recommend this place to everyone ! Olivia and Maudie were exceptional! “Britt and son took us as a walkin on mamas Lexus air conditioner. Showed me the problem 5mins after hood was opened. The clutch had come completely off the AC compressor. 15 minutes later I had a full quote for the part and the labor and the Freon. They started this morning and we’re done by 11. The lot was really full with cars needing work, which is always a good sign. Highly recommend Britz to anyone needing a quick and honest repair job…Scott and Sue”

“Today has been one of the most stressful mornings for my vehicle until I landed at store location number 05888. Caleb & Larry helped me replace my battery which was the most relieving removal of my stress. They went above and beyond to get me back on track. Since I spent the last dime in my account for the battery Caleb took the initiative to pay out of his own money to make sure I got a nut that needed to be replaced on the battery system in which I think was the most sweetest and sincere thing to do for a customer. That literally put a huge smile on my face because I wouldn't have never thought he'd go out of his way to help his customers. The is an example of perfect customer service for the community and they've snatched my heart. I just couldn't leave without giving praise and I am very thankful for them... “Based on the bad reviews of the dealership, We were reluctant to take my car here for service. We wre pleasantly surprised. They estimated an hour for the service. We were in and out of the place in one hour and seven minutes. For years we have driven luxury cars - Mercedez Benz, BMW, and Lexus. These dealerships are spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. Since we bought this Dodge five years ago, the dealerships we have used have been below mediocre at best. The dealership in Perry, Ga., is the filthiest one we've ever seen. Horrible! We were pleased that this dealership rivals the top luxury service departments. Fast service, sparkling clean environment, and courteous employees. Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Warner Robins will be our go-to dealership from now on.”
“They didn't have the part i needed but the young man who answered the phone was very honest and professional he also told me where i could find the part I needed he never tried to get me to waste my time by going to their place of business. Since computers have come in, the new kids on the block don't know enough to open up parts catalogues, lately I've had problems getting the proper belts for my lawn mower.”
