Customer service is okay! I just have a lot of scratches on my car now. Sometimes there is an off putting odor after the wash but within a day or two it disappears. It's also hard to get in contact with someone. You may have to go in person to cancel your membership like I'm going to have to.

This a great car wash. Although I do recommend getting the membership. I just get the cheapest one and it's great. Twice a day every day if you want.
