The new app is a huge convenience — I can easily open the gate right from my phone as I drive up, which makes accessing my unit faster and smoother than ever.
I’ve worked with Craig on several occasions, and he’s always been incredibly helpful and professional. He’s hands-on with everything — whether it’s helping with account details, maintaining the property, or keeping everything spotless and secure. You’ll often see him around the grounds making sure the buildings and facilities stay in top shape.

“The manager was so sweet; my debit card had to be replaced and had to change cards for my account. The manager allowed me to go through the card was and get new card to him once it comes in. So sweet and it was on ChristmasEve! We have been going to the original location on 96; but now go the location on lake joy and Russell pkwy! The staff is always so polite and helpful. Always well stacked and plenty of room. Kids love going to help clean our cars!”

“I had my 12 yr old van’s interior detailed. Results were amazing: dash and instrument panel were restored to like new from dull and dried out looking; leather upholstery was again soft and shiny; carpeting was restored to pristine. Pricing is reasonable, and staff is friendly, thorough, and reliable.”
“Dog wash station is a great addition; however it would make cleaning the pet much easier if the wash stations were properly maintained with adequate soap and conditioner as there was none. Lucky for my pet she has a mom that packs all supplies required just in case.”

“Was looking at getting a truck cleaned that had been sitting for a few years, so you can imagine the grime that had built up on it. Originally went to Tidal Wave on Lake Joy near Russell, and was turned away for being too dirty. Decided while test driving over a couple of issues to run down here and they had no issue. The attendants went above and beyond and knocked as much as they could off on just a basic wash, even though I'm sure the 1 car that pulled up afterwards may not have appreciated the wait, but I did. May not have gotten to a perfect clean, but that is where some real good scrubbing needs to be done, but it is definitely unrecognizable from before with how clean it is.”

“Not from the area, stopped by to use the restroom and they had the cleanest bathroom I have seen for public use, had a broad selection for all needs and they're gas is so competitively priced I was helped by a very helpful and sweet lady her name was Robin she was very kind and such a uplifting spirit for the day I was having I will definitely be coming back ,not to forget to get another amazing coffee??????”

“I had just got back from a road trip and the car had and entire family of bugs on the front. They did a bug prep, pressure wash and scrubbed it clean. Overall the car wash is probably the best around.”
