“This location has minimal parking, especially for handicapped people, but other than that, the store itself and the employees who work there make this particular location a place I'm willing to travel a bit farther to... I pass a DG and a Publix on my way to this DT location bc the employees are kind and professional, the store is always neat and amply stocked with merchandise and ever since DT increased their prices to $1.25 and added a section for certain items of higher price & better quality, shopping at this DT that has these kinds of employees and keeps a clean stocked store is actually preferable to shopping at the other discount stores in the FB/Oakwood area now! The company really gave us consumers a fair deal when they raised the prices by a quarter but started providing items with exponentially better value and design. It seems they put that extra profit back into providing better quality products so I feel like this increase was worth it. I find myself shopping this particular DT a lot more than other discount stores in FB now for these reasons, so if you haven't tried the new Dollar Tree lately, I'd say it's worth a visit, and I'd tell my friends to go to this particular location to get the best experience out of the new Dollar Tree, for sure!”
“The store is clean easily accessible for handicap the staff is always been friendly and even though they've gone up on their prices 25 cents it's still an awesome price for the product that you're looking for a wide variety for such a small store and they always keep it fairly well stocked guess that's one of the reasons I've been shopping with them ever since they opened in the Oakwood area. I am one happy customer.”
“I came in on 9/26/2022. I came to rest a RedBox dvd and checked to see what bottle water they had. I got pack of 10 ounce wayer bottles. I have to increase my fluid. I'm recovering from kidney transplant and have to stay hydrated. I am always pleased when I come in to this Dollar General location. Will be back. Thanks for the great service and being stocked. Rarely come in and leave empty handed. Thank you to your team!”
“Always clean and the employees are always very courteous. Stock varies and it can kind of he a hit or miss whether they get the same thing back in stock. Overall a decent place for cheap shopping.”

“Stopped by today with my mom looking for melatonin! They have the gummy and fast melts that are pure melatonin. I can't take the melatonin with herbs in it. Since I'm taking rejection meds for my kidney transplant. They are sure how it will mess with my system and meds. Glad I found some melatonin that will help me get some good sleep. And they are reasonably priced as well. Will be back.”
“Love getting snacks here parking is a little annoying but besides that never had an issue with this store and no it’s not “dirty” like outers have said and complaining about buy one get one at a $1 store come on”

“Great location, friendly staff and clean. My only issue is that the store is often closed during the posted open hours. This is the 2nd time in one month I've pulled up to an empty parking lot and a handwritten sign stating they closed early. Maybe its a staffing issue...”

“AWESOME!! This is, BY FAR, the cleanest, nicest, most well run, and well staffed Dollar Tree in all of northeast Georgia and lower SC. Cheryl and Jeremy at this location are SUPER friendly and helpful in a way you just don't come across many places that aren't named Chick-fil-a. They went out of their way to help me find some items my son and I were searching for, and I'm very thankful for their excellent customer service! I am in various dollar stores nearly every day, all over the NE Metro Atlanta area. TRUST ME; you will find none better than the Winder, GA Dollar Tree! I'll be back next Thursday for another visit! ?”
“Excellent check out person! He was very careful with bagging our items so as not to damage or crush anything. He was also friendly and asked if we found everything we were looking for, and although our coupons didn't scan the first time, he worked hard to make sure we got our discount. He made this trip a great one!”

“I moved here almost 3 years ago and I'm technically in the boonies, but Dollar General has milk, bread, butter, snacks, sandwich, meat, then everything else you need, including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies. There really a lifesaver for me keeping me from having to go into Winder or Braselton when I run out of one thing or just want some snacks.Staff here Works there, but off, keeping inventory is daunting they always have new stuff coming in, check out, is easy with self check out. I often come in and I'm out in less than two minutes. Again, the staff is always there to help and they have energy drinks and coffee right there by the front door in the fridge on the right along with ice cream and other snacks people wanna run into and get out quick. Right behind the BP always crowded... OK 4 to 5 cars... But they've always been there for me. Highly recommend.!!!”

“I live fairly close to this dollar general & I don't really like going to the store unless I absolutely have to. But the times I have gone Melanie is right there. She's very accommodating. A few times she was already asking me if I need help before I could even ask her for help. I recently went the other day & like clockwork she was all over it. Had me in & out & what she suggested really helped. I was trying to leave a review on the survey but it said I had already did one. Acknowledge her efforts & let her know I left this for her please. Keep up thegood work girl.”
