“This was the cleanest BP I think I have ever been in. Melissa, my cashier, was so sweet and helpful. I cannot explain more how absolutely spotless the store was. I could have run my finger down any surface and not found a speck of dust. Everything was front facing and looked amazing and Melissa took a lot of pride in that and her work. Thanks girl!!”

“I wonder if the person who designed this particular pilot travel center parking lot & fuel island layout was high on something when they did it ?????????!?! I mean; the store inside, the mcdonalds & everything else deserves 5 ?????!! But the overall design of the parking lot is MORONIC AT BEST??!! And the idiot drivers making parking spaces & blocking others in for 8 hours or longer needs to stop!! And pilot has done a great design/parking lot/fuel island layout with it's smaller travel centers before; i give you the pilot in the dandridge, tn area on I-40 & the pilot in the heiskell, tn area on I-75 as great examples!! But the parking lot & fuel island layout/design need more work here!! #IJS”

“My second time stopping here on my way to work. Owners have been friendly and bathroom is 2/2 so far for being clean. Inside of the building is rustic with wood panel walls. Big win for my experience stopping to take a dump”
