She was very proactive and communicative, and worked with me and frequently reached out to me until the problem was solved. I admire how diligent they were about the situation and am very impressed with the customer service.”
“So it appears Jeff M is never coming here again but I just mailed a package on 11-28-22 with a Buford zip code with no issues. Postal worker was very cheerful too.”

“I've posted packages and letters from this convenient location for the last eight years. The woman who normally runs the window has never failed to alert me to ways to save money on my shipping and has actually helped me prepare a package when I wasn't sure how to pack an item to fit. Recently had to send priority envelopes and asked for signature service. There was a new clerk there and she advised me that due to Covid-19 the deliveries are contact-free. She said I could certainly pay for the additional service but the carrier would simply sign it and write covid19 on the letter and just put it in with the recipient's regular mail. New clerk also saved me some money and I still got tracking on the letter so I was satisfied with her service.”

“I rate the post office itself 5 stars. However, the mail carrier who delivers my mail gets a straight up 0. They just don't do the same job as 10 to 15 years ago. I recommend all people who receive mail in their mail boxes at home to sign up for informed delivery. Informed delivery shows you a picture of each piece of mail for the day.”

“I went there yesterday morning for the first time and will be going to this location moving forward as long as I’m in this area. They were open as soon as they stated online they are open unlike other USPS locations. I was serviced by Alyssa who is very nice and helpful. She made sure that I have enough insurance on the package I shipped and asked if I had any need for stamps or anything else that day. Thank you!”

“Post office clerks are great. The mail carrier who delivers my mail gets a straight up 0. 2 weeks ago, she scanned a package as delivered. However, it wasn't at my mail box. I went to the PO in Dacula to let them know. Later in the evening, it showed on top of my mail box. My address was clearly on the label. But the carrier had written in black marker 369 TW. I'm 352 TW. How do you mistake that? This is a reoccurring event and I'm always getting others mail and 2 to 3 of the same sale papers in my box on the same day. I think that's to lessen her delivery time. The more she puts in each box, the less boxes she has to stop at. When every box on the route should receive that mail. I've complained about this and it just keeps happening. My packages are left on top of my mail box when she gets paid to deliver it to my door. Like where do y'all find these people? When I was a rural mail carrier, things were different.”
“I rated it five stars for the cleanliness of the building. When I go to the counter to purchase stamps,mail a letter or whatever, I'm always greeted with a smile. Great customer service.”
