I rated it five stars for the cleanliness of the building. When I go to the counter to purchase stamps,mail a letter or whatever, I'm always greeted with a smile. Great customer service.

I think it’s ridiculous that they won’t provide tape for you to tape of a box. Whenever I go to UPS, they always are willing to tape up a box for me. I was expecting the same thing and had to pay for a thing of tape to tape it up.
