I just moved from NYC to Atlanta and this was my first time coming to an Apple Store in Atalanta and I was having THE WORST EXPERIENCE in my life BUT Juan came to save the day, such a great attitude, great energy! I believe he would do great in any NYC Apple Store.

Management did nothing to accomodate an online issue I was having to authenicate my military I.D. I purchased two phones you would think that they would have a system over ride to apply the discount in store. I had the physical ID available to verify my status.

I brought my phone for a battery change as battery was not lasting as long. People at the store were very nice and helpful, but technicians damaged another part while changing the battery. After they ran tests and realized that it was the phone and not the SIMcard, they agreed to fix it. However, they don’t have the part in inventory and they don’t know when it will come in as they had to order it. I’m traveling in 2 days so it’s really inconvenient for me not having phone or data. I’ll update this review as the case progresses. I wasn’t expecting this at the apple store.
Update: They ordered the part, took a couple days but got my phone working again

Went to ask a question about an upcoming promotion and would I qualify for it. CB what ever her name is just said no. Went to Cumberland the guy took time look up the promotion and explained everything I needed to do. 5 stars to Cumberland 0 for Perimeter

I purchased a brand new iphone 16 and it has this problem where it shuts on and off randomly. I drove up here three times because the issue continues to occur after speaking with them. They changed the logistics board twice and the same issue is still occurring. I went today because they claimed they changed the logistics board and as soon as my phone information synced, it started shutting on and off again. I will try Lenox Mall next time because I heard they are better.

Johandy helped me purchase an iPad mini. I have lots of apple products but by far she has been the best representative for Apple in over 15 years of me purchasing through Apple. Extremely courteous and professional, and had to pulse on my requirements immediately.

The specialist are very nice but one of the leaders a black man with a hat sitting on top of his head dug his finger nail into my slightly cracked phone making it worse! I was already having a bad day and he did not make it any better!

Apple is the worst. If you have insurance GOOD LUCK! Your product is not going to be repaired anytime soon. They tell you to purschase another device and you can return in 14 days. However, I did that 10/16/25 and as of today 11/3/25 my product is still not fixed. I have been there twice and still not repaired. They said they tried reaching me but I have no missed calls. The goal was to get past the 14 days so I cannot get a refund. They are the worst. They hustling their customers to get sales. I HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY ARE TRYING TO RIDE IT OUT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. IT IS TIME FOR NEW PRODUCTS NOW AND THEY NEED SALES!!! BE ADVISED.

I'm writing this after my 4 visit at this location. Sales staff in this location are awful !!! I don't know, brand like Apple How come allow this kind of mannerless unprofessional staff around their store.

I was told to wait and waited for 45 minutes and it was slow ….just to be told I can’t get what I need done ….when it’s an internal phone issue on a brand new phone …so basically forget the inconvenience of phones logic board messing up …..had to dive an hour to get here .

Asked up front if trading in my iPhone is the same here as the phone carrier and I was told it was exactly the same. I waited in line 1.5 hours and got to the service desk to find out it was not the same at all and I could not update how I would like. Apple needs to train their staff better and I will not return to this location in the future.

Purchased a new phone and set it up to pick up between 1:45-2:00. We got there at 1:25 to find two lines. One for present purchases and another for walk in’s. They directed me to one line and I was in at 2pm. Once in they handed me my products and tried to send me on my way. I said I wanted to set it up in store and they hm umm hmm I need to check to see if there’s space for you. They pulled me to the back to tables to wait for an associate. The associate’s motive was to deter me from staying because it was going to take too long I tried to persist but he lost me when he told me I’m using too much storage and to try to get it down to 115 to make the transfer faster. That’s all they cared about today (09/20), get everyone in and out. I don’t think anyone cares about customer service anymore.

They decided to not open the genius bar today because they have all people on new product launch. There was only 4 people in line. Refused to help. I drove 45 mins to waste my time. Cannot stand apple service and support.
