Honestly this was a zero star experience but Fuad rescued it. If you’re going to use the notes app to create a cue, be accurate. I suspect we were lost in the shuffle.

Kind and helpful stuff but ridiculous waiting times. They at critically under-stuffed compared to other experiences. We will not use their services in the future and choose to travel farther to Lenox
