    I would like to give Cory the manager a BIG THANK YOU for his help today. I was having issues at the Tucker branch and I honestly am very relieved that I found this branch instead. He took care of an issue I addressed Friday that should have been “cleared” today at the other branch and it wasn’t. So thank you Cory!

    Candace was extremely rude over the phone. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor to solve a very serious matter. I will be taking this higher up and it will not be tolerated.
