“Nice experience here. Was in need of a cashiers check for my upcoming move and this branch was a co-op branch of my credit union from Illinois. From start to finish everyone was nice and everything was good. Very clean and I was very comfortable. I didn’t get any bad feelings from any of the employees and they were all professional, which with a bank in particular is a must for me. The only feedback I have is that I called ahead of time to confirm they could do a cashiers check for me and when I called about the process, no disclosure of the $10 fee was brought up. So fyi, if you need a check there is a fee. Will still come back here in the future if I need anything but that’s my only frustration.”

If I have any issues with my banking, branch manager Harry Schnabel is always there to assist me. He makes me feel like I am the most important customer of the bank. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!”

They provided good documentation, AND when I asked about a branded coffee mug, they made us a whole gift bag with two different mugs, a fan, pens, some candy, and these adhesive wallet things.
