“I don’t remember his name but the guy with the black beard is all I can remember was awesome. I need a new tire, it was under warranty. Told him why I had to replace the tire. Did an inspection and told me some information to take back to Carmax to get my car fix correctly. Went above and beyond. They def have my business for now on or until he leaves lol”

They not only fixed my car, but they communicated with me every step of the way, looked at articles I sent while deep-diving on the error codes, and even offered to pay for a rental when there was a small delay in the repairs.
