GTE is a very cool little shop - classic, really - but they take pride in supporting the local motorsports scene. The garage and parking were full of every kind of sport and exotic cars!

“I have never been a fan of car dealerships. In my experience, I’ve found them to be overpriced and, far too often, incredibly misogynistic. So when my husband asked Georgetown Automotive for a recommendation for a Mercedes specialist and MBT of Atlanta was first on their list, I decided to give them a try.
From my very first phone call, the experience was completely different. Kevin greeted me warmly and walked me through the B1 service, as well as the potential costs associated with the additional repairs on my list. He was thoughtful, thorough, kind, and completely transparent.
When my husband and I dropped off my car, Kevin reviewed the agreed-upon services and costs with us before they began. More importantly, he spoke to me—not my husband—about my car. Only women will truly understand the value of that seemingly small detail when dealing with the automotive industry.
After completing the B1 service, Kevin contacted me to walk me through their full diagnostic inspection, which was also provided to me via text. We went through it together and determined what needed immediate attention, what could wait, and what should simply stay on my radar moving forward. There was no pressure and no attempt to convince me that everything needed to be done immediately.
I cannot stress enough how refreshing it is to have an automotive service provider communicate with me respectfully, transparently, and thoughtfully.
I highly recommend MBT of Atlanta to anyone with a Mercedes in need of service, but I particularly recommend them to women who own Mercedes vehicles. I will never go back to a dealership for service. MBT of Atlanta is the only place I’ll be taking my car moving forward.”

“Had a great time with getting my 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STI fixed here. They were transparent and open and honest with me every step of the way, and were exceptional people to work with. My service advisor, Ian, was a very cool and nice guy, and so was everyone else there. “It’s great to find an honest mechanic. Had a problem with my daughters car, and Chris gave an honest diagnosis and fixed the issue at no charge.. The front end was making a weird alternating scraping noise, turns out the lug nuts were loose and one was missing!… ( a different shop tried to tell me that the hub assembly was rusted all 4 rims were bent and needed to be replaced and the CV joints needed to be replaced… mentioned nothing about the lugnuts. )”

I will come back again to this particular location. Ask for Derrick was the store manager who welcomed me in and got me situated and keith serviced my brakes . Rhiannon (aka Shea) was so patient and took the time to explain what needed to be a priority vs trying to upsell services (I just needed an oil change but also ended up with getting my micofilter changed). Shea highlighted services that could wait for a few months and was helpful in scheduling my next service appointment.
The virtual walk around under my car by the Technician (sorry you said yoir name too quick on the video but I did see Dannon on a ticket) was somewhat helpfu when it came to my tire thread and break pads,l but wished it went into a bit more detail. Lastly, I appreciated the Customer Relations Manger (Tanya) coming out of her office and greeting me as well as the other customer. Actually the entire staff as they walked through the area, greeted me. Thank you for the greetings because it makes your customers feel seen and it also shows that the staff is personable/approachable. I will continue to bring my car here for service!”

I found this place by accident on Apple Maps. Instead of pressuring me, the owner told me where my original shop was but offered to help since I was in a rush. I went in for an O2 sensor and oil change but discovered an oil leak, worn out brakes, and a compromised brake motor. They fixed everything quickly, explained the repairs (warranties included!), and even recommended a spot for emissions testing. Sary answered all my questions and even let me know which fixes could wait if money was tight. Honest, helpful, and efficient!”
