“Just had my first experience with this shop. Similar to another reviewer, my bike had been sitting for years without being used and the tire had deflated to where it was off the rim and i didn't know how to fix that myself. I wanted to get that taken care of as well as just an overall check to be road ready. I was greeted immediately when i entered, Kinzer took my info and let me know they'd update me within a short timeframe, and i got the text quickly stating that my bike was in good shape and that they just did a small tuneup and it was ready to go. They did not try to sell me anything. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely take my bike to the shop in the future whenever i need help. Thank you Kinzer and Loose Nuts!”

“This was our first experience here and the customer service was incredible. We needed help with training wheels that were proving to be difficult to fit on our son’s UK made bike. They tried 3 different sets to find one that would work, then when they were installing them, they fixed several other problems they noticed. They did all of this quickly with very little notice and were so helpful and kind.”

“Free-Flite in East Cobb were awesome when I popped in to get a tire tube replaced. I am just a recreational rider, yet they made me feel very comfortable and not like I didn't belong...something I have experienced elsewhere. I was in and out in 5 minutes, Really appreciate them!”

“I had been previously fit on my tri bike and felt like the place I went to wasn’t that knowledgeable about fitting triathlon bikes. They also didn’t have the greatest equipment. So I researched and found all3sports and saw all the great reviews and drove 2 hours to get fit by Robert. I walked in and immediately saw how great of a selection they had inside. It was like Disney world for triathletes. Robert took his time with me and was super knowledgeable about everything triathlon. Super happy with how the fit turned out, I definitely will be back!”

“I had an amazing experience with Outback Bikes! From the very beginning, the communication was clear, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated how well they informed me in advance — it made everything smooth and stress-free. The Specialized gravel bike I rode was perfectly set up, and I also had the chance to test a new Lazer helmet, which was incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the quality and expertise behind their gear recommendations. On the advice of the staff, I did a beautiful ride to Stone Mountain — absolutely stunning and a fantastic recommendation! It turned into one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you for the great service and the warm welcome. I will definitely be back next time. And if you ever come to Aruba, let me show you our beautiful MTB island!”

“Excellent experience. I purchased a Segway Xyber from the team about 3 months ago, and it's been wonderful. Eric, Isaiah and Daniel are an excellent group, and helped with receipt and assembly of my bike, and walked through setup so that I was ready to go with no questions since departure. I've been back to speak with them about it and they were great with service and very receptive to any concerns. 10/10 would recommend this business!”
