“Bought my bike from them. A couple of months later I had a bad crash on it. Took my bike in to have them look it over to make sure everything is okay. I also wanted to customize a couple of areas, so they gave me good product advice and got me going quickly. And let me know everything checked out after the crash without trying to upswell me on anything. I will go back and recommend.”

“I am recently getting back into running and bought a new pair of shoes here a few months back. They mentioned that if I have any issues with them, to bring them back in. I ran in them a couple of times, but they were bothering one of my feet. I came back to the store last week with the shoes in hand, and Chris did a fantastic job of finding a better shoe for me. Chris took the time to try a few shoes with me and examine how I run in them. Then, with extreme patience, he tracked me down in the system (my name was butchered in their system from the original purchase), so he could do an exchange on the shoes without me even having the receipt! I ran in the new shoes for the first time today, and they are night and day difference. I was extremely impressed with Chris' customer service and Big Peach's ability to stand behind the products they sell and make sure you get the right thing!”
