“As luck would have it I got into a car crash and I was simply devastated. I had just gotten my Range Rover less than a year ago. First thought that went through my mind was "This is it! My car is a goner!" [Super Dramatic]My insurance company gave me a list of locations that I could take my car to but told me that by law I had the right to choose any shop of my choice. I was simply overwhelmed, I'm not so savvy when it comes to car repairs or what I should be looking for. To my surprise a few of my friends had used Regal Auto Body and spoke very highly of them so I decided against the list provided by my insurance .Let me tell you that the whole experience was simply DELIGHTFUL! The receptionist was able to get me in right away and connected me with Casey that handles insurance claims. After that it was smooth sailing! He explained when my car would be ready and that they will send me text messages periodically to update me on my car status.I'm happy to say that my car was repaired perfectly and as an added bonus they also washed car.I highly recommend this place if you need any repairs done. So if you love your car as much as do, this is the spot for you!Services: Painting”

“I wish I could give D & I TEN stars! They could not have done a better job getting my dream truck back to PERFECT after it was broken into. They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. If anyone I know ever has a vehicle that needs some love, I will make sure they take it to the experts at D & I. I really wish that I had gotten them to replace my broken window because dealing with_____________ (rhymes with Apelight) was a total nightmare. These guys put the satisfaction of their customers FIRST and you will see the difference. To make things even easier, there’s an Enterprise Car rental right next door so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. I honestly can’t see why anyone would give them anything but a 5 star review.Trust D & I with your dream car, you’ll be glad you did.”

“When I leave a review for 5 stars I like to be detail as possible. This was the 3rd collision shop I visit that day. The front desk staff Ronneka and Anthony were amazing and very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Ronneka was very professional and kept me well informed about my vehicle process. She helped me get the proper documentation that I needed to get my car road ready. Keith I believe was one of the good people that was dealing with my slow a** insurance company. I love good customer service, this is one of the reason I chose to go with this bodyshop I read the pervious reviews on Google. Haan did a great job assessing my vehicle and walked me through the whole process and a gave me a good time frame. The body work was excellent (shout out the the hands that fix my vehicle) my best friend took his vehicle a few weeks ago to anther bodyshop (very common name place) and let’s just say I’m happy I did not go to there ?! “My front fender got busted a week before Christmas so I happened to come across this place by chance and I'm glad I did. I was stressed out during the holiday season and worried how I could afford it but they gave a reasonable estimate and they got the work done pretty fast! “I apologize fir this late review but I had to share how fantastic this business is. A year ago my son totalled his vehicle and it was towed to a different location. I have a health issue and live out of state so couldn’t get there to help. T&C stepped up and towed the vehicle back to their facility paying the cost up front. They inspected the vehicle and spoke to me honestly about the vehicle being worth to repair. They purchased what remained of the vehicle with a decent price and deducted the towing fee that they covered and they did not charge me for anything else. “I never leave reviews but this place was so amazing. This can be a very stressful process and the team here was very pleasant to work with every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. They emailed, texted and left voicemails about every step to make sure that I was informed as things were progressing. They managed communication with my insurance company so I didn't have be a go-between. And the Enterprise Rental car office is just below their office. Dropping my car off, getting a rental, returning the rental and picking my car up, was a completely seamless process. I will never go anywhere else for body work. If they cost more than another place, the service and convenience is worth the price difference. Oh...and my car looks better than brand new!”
