“When I leave a review for 5 stars I like to be detail as possible. This was the 3rd collision shop I visit that day. The front desk staff Ronneka and Anthony were amazing and very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Ronneka was very professional and kept me well informed about my vehicle process. She helped me get the proper documentation that I needed to get my car road ready. Keith I believe was one of the good people that was dealing with my slow a** insurance company. I love good customer service, this is one of the reason I chose to go with this bodyshop I read the pervious reviews on Google. Haan did a great job assessing my vehicle and walked me through the whole process and a gave me a good time frame. The body work was excellent (shout out the the hands that fix my vehicle) my best friend took his vehicle a few weeks ago to anther bodyshop (very common name place) and let’s just say I’m happy I did not go to there ?! Overall, I see why this place have high reviews. I will definitely use this service in the future. Great customer service and Great work!!!! Don’t confuse this place with the place next door, they have similar names be careful!!!!!”

“I wish I could give D & I TEN stars! They could not have done a better job getting my dream truck back to PERFECT after it was broken into. They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. If anyone I know ever has a vehicle that needs some love, I will make sure they take it to the experts at D & I. I really wish that I had gotten them to replace my broken window because dealing with_____________ (rhymes with Apelight) was a total nightmare. These guys put the satisfaction of their customers FIRST and you will see the difference. To make things even easier, there’s an Enterprise Car rental right next door so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. I honestly can’t see why anyone would give them anything but a 5 star review.Trust D & I with your dream car, you’ll be glad you did.”

“I never leave reviews but this place was so amazing. This can be a very stressful process and the team here was very pleasant to work with every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. They emailed, texted and left voicemails about every step to make sure that I was informed as things were progressing. They managed communication with my insurance company so I didn't have be a go-between. And the Enterprise Rental car office is just below their office. Dropping my car off, getting a rental, returning the rental and picking my car up, was a completely seamless process. I will never go anywhere else for body work. If they cost more than another place, the service and convenience is worth the price difference. Oh...and my car looks better than brand new!”

“Excellent work/service!!! I highly recommend!Long story short, I frantically was calling around trying to find an auto body shop that could fix something ASAP. I'd never needed body repair before so I searched and came across this company. Joe, the owner, told me to send him pictures of the damages and he would give me a price. Within 20 minutes he reached back and gave me a price plus pointed out that there was extra things that needed to be done. The estimate he gave sounded good but I was still shopping around. After calling at least seven other places, I decided to go with him. His price was absolutely the best and his work was amazing. I paid half up front and half when I picked it up. It took them one week but I won't take my car anywhere else except for him. I've already referred one other person and they'll be taking their car to him soon. My only downfall is that it may be a little hard to find this location. I told him he needs a bigger sign ? Thanks so much Joe for your hard work. Hopefully I won't need to but I definitely will be back ? Check out the before and after pictures.”

They were quick in responding and in diagnosing the problems I was having (I was having a lot of problems – serpentine belt, battery drainage, tire pressure, etc.). At Bavarian Imports, Mario and Corey have been incredibly efficient and patient. Though it is obvious that I am not a car person, they took the time to explain the technical problems that I was experiencing to assure me of the repair process. They had also informed me which repair options they considered a lower priority/unnecessary and which ones I absolutely had to get done, whether in their shop or somewhere else. When I finally brought in my car, the actual repair time was reflective of the quoted time. Thanks so much for your wonderful and timely work!”
