If you’re not feeling up for making your own macro friendly meal prep I would highly recommend trying them out. I spend far less on meal prep from PLN than going to cava or sweetgreen during lunch.”

The herbalist was very helpful and very friendly, and speaks very good English. We got to reminiscing about the Asia shopping area from days gone by and laughed and chatted while he looked for the herbs I asked for in English as he looked for translations into their Chinese names.”

“I had wonderful experience working with Dr Sonal Jain whom I met for a chronic condition of cough and cold related ailment. She took time understanding my conditions and offered a treatment plan of herbal medicines and diet recommendations. If you are looking for an ayurvedic practitioner then I highly recommend Dr Sonal. Truly grateful for the healing and support I have received here. My only suggestion to the clinic is to be negligible in charges as not all patients can afford expensive treatments and medications.”

“This is a solid, regular Whole Foods with everything you’d typically expect. The store is located right on the first floor, and there's a handy escalator to get you up and down. Parking is super convenient in the garage directly underneath the store, and it's free as long as you remember to validate your ticket inside. The layout is easy to navigate, I found all of my usual grocery items, and they have clean restrooms available. Overall, a great, hassle-free shopping experience with no complaints!”

“DO NOT get the sea moss gel. It’s super salty, and has obviously not been cleaned before made. I don’t live too close to this area, and their voicemail box is full, so I’m leaving this review so they can know that sea moss gel is not supposed to be salty. I even shared it without knowing how it tasted with someone I just met. Some things APPEARED to be good, I’ve noticed that I’ve seen alot of products half the price in other stores, but that sea moss blew my mind in the worse way. I’m glad I didn’t buy a bigger jar. Edit: the people are kind and the lady is very knowledgeable on healing glands and other issues of the body with herbs and the products that they sell. The sea moss gel would still be a horrible buy, but they have other herbs and services that makes up for it.”

I go here multiple times a month sometimes and there was only once when they weren’t taking returns and bc it was super busy around the holidays, they were understaffed with only one person- completely understandable. But that was a very rare case. Highly recommend this location for pickups and returns.”

And for bagging, they just throw it all the bag even if items get crushed. I’d rather bag it myself if they didn’t get offended by me doing so. Definitely not the same customer service quality as the other WF’s.”

“Several weeks ago I noticed that only 2 out of 5 stalls in the ladies room had hooks for customers to hang their purses. This is a problem because most people are not going to want to put a purse on a bathroom floor. I asked to see a manager about the problem and one of the staff members said he would relay the problem to the manager. A week later—still no hooks but I knew it might take a little longer to fix the problem. However, I wanted to make sure the manager had been given the message, especially since the person I initially spoke to was extremely busy when I spoke to him. When the manager, Steve, arrived to speak to me it was obvious that he was very irritated at being called for a customer concern but he said he would get the hooks put on that week. Three weeks later—no hooks. Where is the customer service?”

“This is a fantastic Whole Foods location right near the Buckhead/Piedmont area. It's conveniently located on the ground floor and has a ton of parking, which makes getting in and out incredibly easy. The store layout itself is really nice, open, and roomy, so it never feels overly crowded while you shop. I was able to find every single item I was looking for, they have public restrooms available, and the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a smooth, pleasant grocery trip!”
