“The store is well stocked with variety and customer service is outstanding. However, they did not have the item I wanted, even though it's on their website.”
“Several weeks ago I noticed that only 2 out of 5 stalls in the ladies room had hooks for customers to hang their purses. This is a problem because most people are not going to want to put a purse on a bathroom floor. I asked to see a manager about the problem and one of the staff members said he would relay the problem to the manager. A week later—still no hooks but I knew it might take a little longer to fix the problem. However, I wanted to make sure the manager had been given the message, especially since the person I initially spoke to was extremely busy when I spoke to him. When the manager, Steve, arrived to speak to me it was obvious that he was very irritated at being called for a customer concern but he said he would get the hooks put on that week. Three weeks later—no hooks. Where is the customer service?”
“DO NOT get the sea moss gel. It’s super salty, and has obviously not been cleaned before made. I don’t live too close to this area, and their voicemail box is full, so I’m leaving this review so they can know that sea moss gel is not supposed to be salty. I even shared it without knowing how it tasted with someone I just met. Some things APPEARED to be good, I’ve noticed that I’ve seen alot of products half the price in other stores, but that sea moss blew my mind in the worse way. I’m glad I didn’t buy a bigger jar.
Edit: the people are kind and the lady is very knowledgeable on healing glands and other issues of the body with herbs and the products that they sell. The sea moss gel would still be a horrible buy, but they have other herbs and services that makes up for it.”
