“Mr. Greg was absolutely amazing! I went in because I thought my car was losing coolant somewhere, but honestly, I wasn’t exactly sure what was going on because I don’t know a lot about cars.
Mr. Greg asked me a few important questions, looked under the hood and inside the car, and explained that there was actually nothing wrong with it. He took the time to explain how the system works and what I should look for to determine whether it’s functioning properly.
To put my mind at ease, he even told me to come back in a week and that he would put my car on his diagnostic system. However, he didn’t feel it was necessary at that time and, more importantly, didn’t feel comfortable charging me for something he didn’t believe I needed.
I really appreciate his honesty, patience, and willingness to help. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is willing to share their expertise without trying to sell you something you don’t need.
I highly recommend Mr. Greg and Cason’s Auto Service! If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic, definitely give them a visit.”
