“This was our second purchase from Coastal Appliance. Great experience! Friendly professional service, in store and delivery! We went to two other LOCAL businesses, where NO one came up to ask if they could help us...while we walked around looking and talking about their products! Sales Agents in a store need to show their products and help the customer make a choice!! Or at least show some interest in the customers walking around in thier department!! Again, GREAT experience at Coastal Appliance! Thanks to all who were involved, Karen & David Bray”

“I had a stuck fill valve on my RV when traveling thru town. Stopped at Kash and met Shawn and Alan who were extremely helpful in explaining my situation and getting me back on the road. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Just educated me on the issue. For free! Nice integrity and honesty. Thank you both, pleasure to have met you.”

“HUGE THANK YOU TO WINSTON !!! I got a flat tire on the way on the way to the trampoline park with my mom and niece and happened to pull into their parking lot. Winston and a couple other employees quickly came to help us to, not only get the spare on, but also helped us get the flat tire patched and and back onto the car. They could not have been more kind or more helpful. Thanks to all of the employees that helped us today, and special shout out to WINSTON !!”

“According to my husband this is the men's store (with Lowes being the women's store). He elaborated by saying people leave you alone in Home Depot but you can always find an employee when you need one. This location has never let us down. It seems like all the home improvement places have bad reviews but I'm not sure what people are expecting. Well organized, easy checkout and 10% off for veterans. And guess who had the grill we wanted, not Lowes. Overall, never a bad experience. Just remember this location is always busy.”
