“The in store employees are awesome!! All the way down to the delivery driver BUT your online ordering costumer service needs attention. I had an issue with an online order, I called the store and the manager did all she could do on her end. I then called the online costumer service and spoke with a very Rude gentleman that kept telling me to call my local store. He was not comprehending what I was trying to explain to him. I asked to speak to one of his higher ups to get more help the “ ahole” connected me to my local store!!I called back and was hung up on!!!I wish I had gotten his name!! No help at all. Finally the store local manager straighter it out for me!! Kudos to the store manager and her whole staff!! Thank you for great service.. now Arron’s needs to work in their online customer service team.. maybe the local store needs to go train them on how it’s done!!-Robin”

“I actually purchased a screen protector for my daughter and we stopped by the booth, I decided that replacing her screen protector was too delicate of a job for me. So we stopped by and I asked him if he could get it applied for us, he obliged. It only took about 3 minutes, he was t going to even charge me for it but I insisted and gave him $20 just because it felt like the right thing to do as he was so accommodating ?”
