On the other hand, I do feel it's worth mentioning that our interaction with Rick was less than ideal. Customer service isn’t a strong fit for him based on our experience, and I believe someone with a friendlier approach would better represent your brand.

“So I was a Verizon customer for approximately 10 years and my bill continued to rise and I only added 1 extra line. I made the change because my bill went from $255 with insurance and Disney+ & Netflix. I tried to get a business line and was told that I was paying for a line I did not approve. My bill went up to $418 a month. Verizon said they’d fix it and later find out I was still being charged. I went to T-Mobile and they took great care transfer my information and I am now set. So far, T- mobile has been good as far as service and customer Service. I thank Corey, tori, Chastity and Jalyn for their patience and time they gave me. I suggest T-Mobile over Verizon anytime. Give them a raise!”
