“Small Home Goods store felt crowded with the aisle too close and shelves were over flowing with things making it difficult to find things. It appeared that employees were organizing some of this so hopefully this was just an off day. Plenty of parking.”
“Great place to shop; quality furniture at a good price and excellent service. We bought a couch a year ago and had a problem with one of the cushions. The customer service lady listened and immediately arranged to send James out to photograph the small leather area that seemed to be peeling. He came same day, took pics and explained what would happen next. Bottom line: one week later James called to say the manufacturer (and the store) wanted to give us a NEW couch! We were thrilled and are now awaiting the couch next week. Amazing, quick an efficient service! Highly recommend shopping there. We will definitely shop there again, when needed.”

“Had a really positive customer service experience on one trip buying a gift card for my son's fitness teacher. Second trip was for a sale on Jurassic World toys. Online said 3 and 9 in stock for the items I wanted. I had an in-store only coupon that the website would not allow me to apply for in-store pick up, so had to just rely on inventory and visit the store. Got there to find shelves cleaned out. Asked about items. Associate checked in back. Found one, not the other. I understand inventory can have a delay in updating but when it says 9 items, it should be there. Associate didn't really care, didn't try to help further by checking again or elsewhere. Seemed to me, that stock was somewhere in the store. Good news was slacking associates means they put wrong sale tags on things, and sorting through the mess I found a $19 dino priced at $3.50, took a photo of display and the cashier honored it. So that's the upside of disorganized Target sales!”

I got a flat tire on the way on the way to the trampoline park with my mom and niece and happened to pull into their parking lot.
Winston and a couple other employees quickly came to help us to, not only get the spare on, but also helped us get the flat tire patched and and back onto the car.

“We went in looking for a mattress for our very particular 7 year old. Ronnell greeted us as soon as we walked in, and asked questions to gauge our needs. Who we were shopping for, mattress size, budget, and general ideals. He did a great job talking with our kiddo to determine which mattress he liked best and why. We ultimately decided on a memory foam mattress and the Labor Day sale brought it down to a very reasonable price. We have not received the mattress yet, but I have no doubt it’ll be exactly what we need. We will definitely return to Brunswick Mattress Firm when we need a new mattress for ourselves.”
