Walked in, 4 people were sitting on different tables, one was knocked out asleep, now I don't mind people sitting but no one gotten up to greet anyone that was walking in. I just wanted a quote for wifi. Thru said it wouldn't recommend it for your address. And I walked out. I don't know.

Not happy with At&t. They lie to you to get you to get a phone for free. Then you find out that you are paying for the phones on your bill.

The one employee weekend out with was rude and had a bad attitude. The others for busy so we left. We did not get the help we needed.

Manager at the store, help me with my return. It was polite, courteous, and helpful. I was in and out pretty quick I got an apology for the inconvenience and the bad customer service that I received while I was in the store I was in the store overall, he had great customer service

I walked in to a young lady named chastity who was knowledgeable and met my needs extremely fast and efficiently. My phone broke due to my error and this girl fixed me. Yeah there was another lady who was also nice but chastity got me right on the spot. Took care of my needs , give that girl a raise!

Travis was absolutely fantastic. I would love to recommend him for a bonus. He was very patient and cordial and has been every time I've gone in there. He helped multiple people at the same time and mentored a newer coworker while I was in there. He is a model employee and needs to be recognized. This was at the Brunswick, GA AT&T store.

I wish I had got the name of the girl who first spoke to me when I walked in. She was a white female with long brown hair.
When I first walked in, she said "how can we help you" I did not hear her, so she said again, with an irritation in her voice "how can we help you? "
I told her that I was looking to upgrade my phone. She stayed in her seat and began to ramble off to me how they don't have hardly any phones in.
It's hard to put into text, but the best way to describe it would be that she was very short with me. She kept a snarky, condescending tone. She made me feel very uncomfortable for even coming in the store. She almost seemed excited to tell me that she didn't have the phone that I was looking for. In the one minute interaction we had, I wanted to run out the store because she let me know that I was absolutely not wanted it there.
One of the gentlemen began to help me, and he was absolutely wonderful, and explained everything I need to know. He apologized for taking over for her, but to be honest, I was so happy that he did. Meanwhile, the original employee sat at the table with her head down in her arms like a high school student as if she was trying to fall asleep.
I understand everyone has bad days and sometimes people just don't feel good. But I don't want to walk into a store and be made to feel like someone doesn't want me there just because they don't want to be there.

Chastity was so kind and helpful. She came to my house and hooked up my internet when AT&T wouldn't send anyone! She's the best!
