I was greeted by Cathy as I entered the Brunswick store ,after I explained my problem to her she went above and beyond her call of duty to solve my problem. Cathy is very knowledgeable of her job.

I have been trying for two days to get my dad's account straighten out. 800 said to go to the local store. We did and still haven't gotten its straight. Zack called me a liar in so many words. Going to try again tomorrow.
