“I went there because my front bumper on my car got detached when I was backing out of a parking space at another location. The gentleman at the front desk came out to take a look and called one of his employees, He told him what to do and I went to wait in the lobby. About 30 minutes later my bumper was repaired and when I asked what was the charge, I was told nothing. I was shocked and surprised. I could not thank them enough. “i dint get work done here, but i experienced customer care and kind people. My son broke down while moving to Florida, and Gary looked at his car at the end of the day. Then let us leave the car there for almost 2 weeks during holiday, and moving , and trying to figure out how do get rid of a car that needed an engine replacement. Houston even printed out some paperwork to assist me with selling the car while i was 3 states away. If i am ever in Brunswick, I will definitely stop in with a box of donuts and handshakes all around.”

“While traveling to Florida I discovered that I had a leaking radiator and I stopped in Brunswick, Ga. to find a repair shop. After reading reviews for local shops I decided to take my Jeep to Hastings Automotive.I can't tell you how happy I am that I selected Hastings Automotive. From my initial contact with the owner, all the way through picking up my Jeep after the work was completed I was highly impressed.The radiator had to be ordered from a local parts supplier. Knowing that I was stranded about 400 miles from my final destination, the mechanic began working on getting the old radiator out and the new one in as soon as it arrived at the shop. I was anticipating having to stay in Brunswick an additional night but the repair was completed in time for me to get back on the road to Florida the same day.The price for the repair was very reasonable, the job was completed in a timely manner and everyone I met with at Hastings Automotive was friendly and professional.I highly recommend that you use Hastings Automotive for your vehicle repair and service needs!!”

“Jim is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find a piston rod for my 454. The pistons and rods were discontinued over a decade ago. I was having zero luck finding one. Only options left to me was basically a rebuild with completely new pistons. Extremely expensive. I would’ve been devastated. Obviously don’t have that kind of money.Jim stepped in and saved me and my Engine. I’m so grateful. And he took the time explaining everything to me. He was patient and extremely kind.
