“My back tire had a slow leak and then all of a sudden, the day before Thanksgiving, the tire started losing air more rapidly. I thought I was going to have to spend money I didn’t have for a new tire, especially with having travel plans on Thanksgiving day. The lady was super nice at the front counter. She offered an alternate solution to help save me some money near the holidays. They were able to patch my tire for the time being! I am so thankful for their help on such short notice. I am very grateful for how nice they were.”

“OMG yall!!!! Im from Florida & was working in Brunswick and had a tire almost fall slap off my car! I called this tire shop, not only did they help me out but they referred me to the best & fastest tow guy I’ve ever experienced! It was a bit later in the evening so they were at least able to identify the issue order parts and fix it the very next morning. They even waited for my uber to come. I trusted them with my vehicle & they did a great job. Very friendly & handles stressful situations good. Thankyou guys!!”

“Got a flat tire 8 miles away at Buc-ee’s. Called and they said they could get us in right away. We made it there after filling the tire up with air. They saw us immediately and were able to get our tire replaced for us. In and out in about an hour. They were super friendly and great with our kids too! “I had the best car buying experience! We went to just look and compare prices when i saw this toyota Cross! It was everything i wanted! I had a price in mind to spend and it was below what was expected so i wanted this car! The experience was so fast and easy, all Toyota staff made my experience so pleasant … it was the end of day and they patiently took their time to explain everything including connecting our phone numbers before we left. Im from Jacksonville Florida out here to do some work and all of the sudden I get an indication on my truck saying battery service needed. Went by auto zone to get it checked on and sure enough my alternator wasn't holding a charge. “I'm from out of town - so first off, it is somewhat unnerving when you don't know the mechanic or the shop. I was having some concerns over my brakes, and had a long upcoming drive to get home through the mountains of West Virginia and beyond. Barnes Auto booked me in for a check up/possible estimate to see if anything was failing or needing immediate replacement. They checked the brake system and did a test drive to determine that everything was safe to travel. No charge. They would not accept money for shop time, but I was at least able to leave a tip for the fellow who did the inspection. Thank you to everyone at this establishment for being professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Eric at A1 Auto in Brunswick, Georgia. I was driving back home from Florida to New Jersey when I ended up stranded in Georgia overnight because my car needed repairs. I was in a difficult situation and didn’t know where to turn.
I met Eric, and he went above and beyond to help me get home. He was honest, professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just making a sale or making money. What impressed me the most was that he helped me out and didn’t charge me anything.

“I first took my car to a local dealership, and not only did they quote me an outrageous price, but they also listed a bunch of extra repairs that really didn’t need to be done right now. On top of that, they said I’d have to wait several days for parts, which meant renting a car even longer and spending more money.
I called Auto Tech instead and spoke with Alicia. She was amazing! She worked me in quickly, answered all my questions, and had me in and out with exactly the repairs I needed.

“I was referred to Robbie by another towing company who did not have an available tower. I called him and explained the situation. I was on the side of 95 just north of exit 29. First thing out of his mouth was making sure I was okay. Greatly appreciated that! I ended up being picked up by my stepdad and I texted Robbie where to take my car. Robbie was honest that it would be a bit due to the weather and the high volume of incoming calls. He delivered it to my parents home just over 1.5 hours from my first call. Robbie was upfront on costs, emailed me receipt to get reimbursed. He said if that doesn't work with my insurance company to call him and he will write out the receipt and resend. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend and if I need his services again, will gladly call again. Thank you Robbie!”
