“OMG yall!!!! Im from Florida & was working in Brunswick and had a tire almost fall slap off my car! I called this tire shop, not only did they help me out but they referred me to the best & fastest tow guy I’ve ever experienced! It was a bit later in the evening so they were at least able to identify the issue order parts and fix it the very next morning. They even waited for my uber to come. I trusted them with my vehicle & they did a great job. Very friendly & handles stressful situations good. Thankyou guys!!”

“You guys need a spot to get your car/truck worked on? Check this place out! Im from Jacksonville Florida out here to do some work and all of the sudden I get an indication on my truck saying battery service needed. Went by auto zone to get it checked on and sure enough my alternator wasn't holding a charge. Guy there directed me to here, but said they might be busy and not able to see you today but the guys here were great able to see me today! Service and customer service 100% thanks Tommy and Brandon and everyone who worked on the 2016 black silverado you guys are legends!!”

“I'm from out of town - so first off, it is somewhat unnerving when you don't know the mechanic or the shop. I was having some concerns over my brakes, and had a long upcoming drive to get home through the mountains of West Virginia and beyond. Barnes Auto booked me in for a check up/possible estimate to see if anything was failing or needing immediate replacement. They checked the brake system and did a test drive to determine that everything was safe to travel. No charge. They would not accept money for shop time, but I was at least able to leave a tip for the fellow who did the inspection. Thank you to everyone at this establishment for being professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with.”

“I had a great experience with 2EZ Automotive, especially working with Carl. I called first thing in the morning after my truck completely died the night before, and we were supposed to head out of town the next day. Other shops I called didn’t have availability, but Carl took the time to really listen and help.
Even before I brought the truck in, he was calling around and checking with his contacts to track down parts and help me understand my options. When I got there, he ran diagnostics and walked me through everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
I didn’t end up having the repair done there, but that honestly made the experience stand out even more. Carl gave me solid, honest guidance that helped me move forward with confidence and continue my trip. He even recommended a backup solution in case I ran into issues again, which ended up being very helpful.
