“This 5 Star review is for Robert who was a great help at the Auto Center.
-When I arrived to see why my appointment showed as cancelled, Ben explained that I bought the wrong size tires. I explained I purchased them on the Walmart App and have done so before with no issues bec the app bases the size with my Car Specifications. Ben told me I wrong and that what I was suppose to do was check the actual tires myself and select the tire size. I asked what is the next step and he told me I had to ship the tires back myself since I purchased them online and not at the store and once returned order the correct size next time and make an appointment.
-Ben then struggled in using his computer to process whatever he was struggling to process and when he tried to scan the tires he had to ask an associate how to do it bec it wasnt working, Robert then came to help bec Ben gave up in trying to complete the process.
-Robert asked me if I could explain what happened and apologized for the inconvenience. Once I explained he knew exactly what to do and promised he would get everything taken care of as best as he could. End result : He processed a refund and said they will ship it back.
-Ben on the other hand should not be the person at the counter. His was very gruff and lacked the patience in both explaining anything and was quick to just dump everything on the customer and blame the website and myself for what happened. Robert did a great job in explaining both patiently and professionally what to look out for when using the app to avoid this again. He apologized again for any inconvenience and asked us to come back for the next appointment. Thank you again Robert for ur service.”
