The best customer experience I’ve ever had experienced in a bank. They made me feel welcomed and wanted. It was a very professional and personal experience! Mrs. Redding is very Exceptional and she is absolutely the Best! I needed to open a checking account and they helped me with no issues at all. Highly recommend!

I have had many businesses over my lifetime. And with this bank since 2010. That's on me as its not been a good bank as far a customer service. I never been so disrespected by a bank they have and been so unprofessional. You would think a business that hitting 7 digits in sales this years would be considered a value customer but they treat you like a dirt. And the funny thing is its there policies that cause the issue. They allow anyone to deposit money in your account without the business able to reject it. My new bank is glad to have both of my businesses. Glad they showed there colors before i made them a ton of money. Research your bank and stay away from banks that think of themselves. I researched 5 banks and there policies before opening new accounts for my businesses. 4 of those 5 are better then Bank of America so just dont fall for the BS.

Best food in town you better get there early though he's only open on limited times but his food is fresh and fragrant and authentic. I need to go there because the tortillas are iron made handmade.

Do yourself a favor and go to the one on saint simons they are much more friendly, way quicker at their job, seem like they want to be there. I was asked not to go through the drive-thru because I had 3 deposits took 18 minutes. SSI I would have been in and out in less than 5 min.

You know when you walk into a bank and you can tell they’re on the “my way or the highway” vibe. That was not my experience at BOA. My husband and I walked in (without an appointment) to add him to my bank account. Immediately we were greeted by Chris S. and -I’m assuming- his manager. They made us an appointment for 3pm that day but stated that if we wanted to wait around a few minutes we could - just in case their morning appointment didn’t show. A few minutes after 9am - Chris came out and told us to come on back. The whole experience with Chris S. (I won’t attempt to spell his last name) was pleasurable and helpful. He was kind, funny, and helpful! This has honestly been one my best experiences with BOA. I can definitely vouch that Chris S. is in it for the customer service! Go Chris!! (Oh- and I have officially caught up on who Kenny G is, hehe)

Today I went to the ATM. There was no sign or message on ATM or screen saying it was out of service and the light on the side was green. I stuck my card in, the machine took it and then the screen said out of service. I was not able to get my card out. Now I have to cancel the card and pay $15 to get a new card expedited to me, while my old card is still stuck in the machine.

Atm took my card. Was told by the atm and person on the phone to go back to the bank and retrieve it in the morning. I get to this branch and they say nope can't go into those atm's. I have to call the number on the atm and wait 7-10 days to get my new card . Pretty sad and misleading. Would change the prompt on the atm. What a waste of 30 minutes and gas getting here.
