Do yourself a favor and go to the one on saint simons they are much more friendly, way quicker at their job, seem like they want to be there. I was asked not to go through the drive-thru because I had 3 deposits took 18 minutes. SSI I would have been in and out in less than 5 min.

I haven't seen such a poorly run bank in all my life. Can't get through on the phone, they think everyone uses a smart phone or everyone has the time to wait for anyone to answer the phone

Lobby is still closed, and an appointment takes days to make. Only 2 drive-through lines are ever open, and are backed up to the mall parking lot ! This is the most inefficient Bank of America I've ever been to, and have to go on a weekly basis.
