Personal banker Valerie was all set up right at the front door and I was good to go in less than an hour even with the extra business account paperwork requirements. Plenty of employees around and customers were being helped quickly and cheerfully.”

“I came in at the last minute before work to cash in my emergency change at the coin machine and deposit the money to pay my car payment because I came up short. I went inside to find the coin machine was down. I panicked and left not knowing what to do. I thought I could at least go in and ask to see if they could still help me, but I didn't really expect a good answer. I went in and said I'm sorry I need to deposit this change so that I can pay my car payment. Mrs. Angela hurried and got some change rollers and met me in the lobby! Mrs. Gracie kindly joined in to help sort and count my change. I was so overwhelmed by this kindness. They could have easily said no, were sorry. What an amazing act of kindness! What amazing hearts!”

“First of all I am not good with remembering names but me and my husband went here on Saturday, 10/5/24 to cash a check from one of our customers. We didn’t bank with this bank but the check was drawn on this bank. Being it was Saturday and 15 minutes before they closed, we prayed we could be helped without attitude and impatience of being ready to close. We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience with the teller, caucasian lady at the end, who treated us with such attention and politeness. She responded with kindness to our friendly chatter and just gave us a pleasant welcoming feeling toward us being there. She was awesome! As we were moving towards the exit door, another teller at the first window counter, african american, kindly said a few words to us as well and bidded us farewell. Both tellers exhibited excellent customer service and made us feel like we were appreciated just being there. All I can say is THANK YOU and please keep up the outstanding work because your kindness is noticed and appreciated.”
