“The staff was polite. Car was clean. Had to leave after bringing car back to go top off the tank, even though it was above the FULL fuel line and I did not top it off after approximately 7-10 miles of use. But it was only a 20 minute delay to go to the nearby Race Trac and put the $3 fuel in it to not get charged $14 by Hertz. Frustrating yea, but I get it. Will rent again.”

My family rented a white Chevrolet Suburban for my graduation ceremony at FLETC, which actually happened on December 08, 2023 (I know, I'm a little late to the review party! ?).But let me tell you, even though I'm tardy, I couldn't miss the chance to give a shoutout to Mr. Rob, the location manager extraordinaire! ? When we needed to rebook the car after returning it, Mr. Rob came through like a superhero. He not only understood our situation but managed to give us the same price as our original booking, even though it was closing time and everything. “I saw some bad reviews of Hertz, I don't know what to say except ours was pretty good! My coworker got our bags while I went to get our rental car. We were both done at the same time! The lady who helped me at the counter was super nice and when I returned the car, also another lady, I think her name was Karen, was also very nice! The whole process was nice, quick, and easy. They also did not charge anything extra on our rental.”

“I secured a rental vehicle online a few weeks before the trip. I noticed my flight from Atlanta to Brunswick was going to land after Budget Car rental hours. I called them directly and was assured a rental car agent would stick around so that I can get my rental vehicle.Well I finally land and was about 15-20 minutes late. I get to the counter and the counter security gate was down and the lights were off! Well after traveling from Cali to GA I was tired and annoyed.Thank god Robert was next door!! Robert helped me secure my vehicle with a smile and extreme professionalism! Robert gave text book customer service! long story short, I got my rental vehicle and was able to conduct business as usual!Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and friendly spirit Robert!
