“I just want to take a moment to show my appreciation for Rob and Aliah! I needed a rental at the last minute due to some car issues and had a super rough day! I thought I was going to have to rent a car and go back and forth between Brunswick/Augusta twice, but Rob made it to where I could rent a one-way and leave it in Augusta, rather than having to drive it all the way back! I had a REALLY crappy day and both Rob and Aliah absolutely made it 100% better with their customer service and personalities! They are top notch! Thank you guys for a pleasant experience!!”

“I rented a small economy car from Hertz for a trip from Florida to Tennesee and on my way back to Florida I got a flat tire just north of Brunswick. I called all the nearest Hertz locations and this was the only one who could accommodate swapping my vehicle out. They even upgraded me to a more premium vehicle which was fantastic!
