“We rented 2-26 foot trailers and four 6 x 12 pull behind cost over $10,000 yes, I realize we went over our time returning the truck and trailer but you would think there would be some kind of lead way for the money that we spent. I also rented a storage unit in Springfield, Missouri and only used it for one week but was charged for a whole month plus hubby had to have the lock cut off. Because he lost the keys, his fault but that was another $237. I believe and feel like Uhaul is no longer in it for helping customer assistance. I feel like they have became over ending in Price plus we had to have a tire changed at our hotel, that took over four hours( of our time waiting) for them to get there and change it and turned out. It was two tires thank goodness the other guy brought another tire. I don’t understand why your service techs are so far away. The manager in Ga was very pissy and had a bad day and took it out on us. Steven was the one we spoke with and said it was no problem to bring the trucks back and he would take care of it. Instead was charged another $175.”
