The Golden Isles YMCA provides a variety of facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, weights, boxing, Pilates, and aerobics equipment. The locker rooms are kept clean, and the gym is known as the best in the area. Many appreciate the convenience of having a YMCA nearby and enjoy the indoor pool for exercise swimming. There are a range of great classes, including yoga and Pilates, and the workout areas are considered very nice. However, some reviews mention problems with the unstable outdoor pool steps and the frequently broken hot tub, which was a main reason for some members' choices. Additionally, the facility lacks activities beyond swimming for teenagers. Though it is smaller, it still offers a welcoming environment for families and individuals alike.
Had a pool pump to break in mid oct. Had to find one get it to Brunswick install and get water temp and level back up. All done in a short while. Exceeded expectations in this area. Thank you Y.

Always clean. Staff is extremely helpful , courteous, and friendly. I love the fact that you can work out at your own pace or join up for free classes

Been with the Y for years..Just wish the outside pool was open before kids go back to school.🤷🏾♀️but I still love it
