“Joshua at the front desk gave me an unforgettable experience during a rough work stretch as a travel worker. He was polite, professional, and accommodating to the highest standards. I highly recommend. I would stop off I-95 if needed, just for them after this experience.”
“The room was small for a Residence Inn Hotel. We were not told that the room would be cleaned every third day. We were leaving on the third day, so the room was neither cleaned nor freshened up. The desk clerks tried to say it was their policy due to COVID, but COVID has been over for a few years now, and it is not stated on the website, nor were we told about this policy.”

The only problem I had was I was very unimpressed by the suction cup shower head holders.
I very much prefer my shower to be coming down over my head and body from a higher location, as opposed to being at face level shooting straight at you.”

Pros: decent fitness center, laundry facilities, easy check-in
Cons: ACTIV brand toiletries are foul-smelling, scratchy bed linens, alarm clock broken, laundry takes coins but it's a cashless hotel and they won't break bills”
“I have stayed at many hotels and this is the best yet!! The staff is absolutely amazing! Rooms are a great size, beds are comfy and it's quiet!! Me and my daughter love it here!!”
“My room was clean and smelled fresh. The man at the front desk was kind and the property was very quiet with the exception of traffic. I was able to get some rest. I just wish the black out curtains kept out more sunlight. I was happy to see they had a shower chair for me to use as I am disabled and not many places have them available anymore.”
“Ben is legit the best! He helped me get a king room, last minute! Helped me with my tv and even made sure that I got all the ice I needed! Ben went above and beyond and was super friendly and made my stay feel like I was right at home!”
