took me for hundreds of dollars. my phone fell in the water on a tour I was managing while we were broke down in the area. I just got back to my town and my local metro pcs and they told me the actual prices of my phone I should've paid. DO NOT GO HERE

I been sitting here for hour and half and the store still not open, what kind of business is this? I been with Metro 17plus years and I never seen a store like this one in Brunswick Georgia ??????

Would be giving a Zero if i could. Lied about everything. Over charges on every item she claimed to be a bundle deal. I can get all the extras she charged me over $200 for $50 worth of extras.$40 for a Power supply$30 you a Screen protector$50 for a iphone kickstand (was given a plastic case$81 monthly service was told $50 with auto payAlso didnt set up my online account as i noticed on my phone the dealer was to do that. So know i have to contact Metro to see how i can make a account to change me billing and file a complaint.She doesnt know anything about any of the products of phones she sells. Nice person but very poor business and she told me the LTE was temporary it would get 5G outside the store. To find out the iphone 11 I got becasue they where out of the 12 is NOT EVEN 5G Compatible.Since we do online hosting broadcasting she lost future business as im not going to have my hosts getting ripped off

This store sucks the women in there are rude and do not have customer service skills at all. The customer service line is even worse. Went in there and was told one price went back couple days later was told another price. When confronted the lady lied and said we don't have that service. They offer what ever plan they want you pay at that time. They have offers on the wall and then say that is not for our area complete liears and scammers in this store. Manager is even worse when you try to complain she basically says it is what it is no wonder this place goes thru workers the way they do terrible customer service If I could give negative stars I would

I inquired about obtaining a family plan for three lines and changing over from another carrier. The young black woman looked up and replied. "4 lines $120" and went back to sucking her teeth and ignoring me. I asked if they had any ongoing specials about free phones when signing up and I got an eye roll with "we don't do free phones". At no point in time did she ever look up or acknowledge my presence. Just sat on her @$$ and lied. She then assisted two other black women where they were able to obtain some form of service with phones in hand and smiles. after exciting the store I see this posted by the door entrance. (see image) I also see reviews and comments below about this same employee. Yet she remains employed and allowed to bediscourteous and rude to customers.

I went by metro today and waited for an hour and nobody showed up, I have called no answer so I called and talked to a representative and told me someone should be there well here it almost 3 o'clock and still nobody is here and some of the employees are rude, I been using metro for a very long while but since I moved to were I am at because of the employees I'm really serious about changing to another carrier, they need dependable and more friendly employees

Last Friday went in to get a phone been with them since 2017 the girl told us that she wasn't going to sell us a phone unless we said hi to her first ok then we left and went somewhere.else.Will never be back such rudeness .I cannot believe corp is ok with this behavior.
