Someone recommended her to me, and I see why she was super patient, explained everything clearly, and made the process easy. Idk about these Karens on here, but my experience was smooth. When to store because my cell stop working and was lock, I tried for hours to restarted, reset, etc, etc, but couldn't fix it. Jessica knew what she needs to do and right away solve the problem in just few minutes. This is what I called an amazing job. Thanks Jessica, you save my day
