Been a while since I’ve visited this store (2024) but absolutely LOVED the staff there. Store was ALWAYS clean and organized.

I needed to special order several pairs of specific jeans. Chanel took all the time needed to find them. I never felt rushed or like an imposition. I shop alot and she provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. Held eye contact, has a beautiful smile. She made be feel appreciated as a customer.

First visit in quite a while. Store looked good. Staff working and talking amongst themselves and not acknowledging the customer. Cashier wasn't chatty. It was fine. Customer service was a solid C.
