We came here as we had a large over size package to ship. The lady who helped us was very helpful, the room was clean and organized. We were in and out quickly.

Can’t get a hold of anybody let’s talk on customer service and automated service can’t even understand English when you’re trying to give a tracking number. End of delivery person will not answer the phone when you called him back

Very helpful. Amazon sent me an email for a return, went in the UPS store, I showed them the email with the code on it for each pkg, boom it was done. Very friendly!
