I f I could give a no star rating I definitely would. Worst experience ever which started from the poor knowledge of the front line staff to the rudeness of the manage team!!!!!!! This place should not be open! Not to mention the uncaring of customer service staff via phone.

Always long waits. Always, even with an appointment. Staff rarely seems to have a sense of urgency about anything. The store is constantly a zoo!

Jeff Houston did an incredible job. He is super talented and knowledgeable. He had to stay beyond business hours to ensure the job was perfectly completed. I would recommend him for anyone has software/technical issues with iPhones. Apple Avalon sucks and lacks of trained staff and technicians. They did not even know what was going on and could not fix the issues.

Best experience I ever had in the store the gentleman who helped me was outstanding I wish I got his name but he was super sweet didn’t make me feel stupid he is just an unremarkable gentleman he went through everything with me spent time with me with out being in a hurry now that’s service I wish I could remember his name he needs to be recognized! This is my first time having an iPhone. I went to this store because I was gifted one and was switching from galaxy to iPhone. The first gentleman that helped me was able to reset my phone because I wasn’t able to get in.
He told another coworker that it was my first time having an iPhone, and that this was an opportunity for him to go over all the beginner stuff and learn more about how to use the iPhone, any tips and things like that. The coworker just looked at me said OK and then when it came for me to go, I told him that my phone was reset and everything and the coworker said OK you’re good to go. He did not offer to assist any further. To this day I still have little idea how to use this phone, but I am learning. 2 stars only because of the first guy that helped me. The 2nd guy would have got 0 stars. Maybe it’s because I was there with my toddler or I don’t know. The switch from galaxy to iPhone is a big difference and there’s a lot to learn and get used to. 2nd guy did a horrible job. Great way to lose new customers

This store gave me the worst customer services I’ve ever had from Apple. I’ve been Apple customer for many years. I was given the run around and poor service about replacing my Kim K beats using my Apple care. I was told there was no technician to check the problem with my earbuds and someone will give me a call back. Never got a call back. I reach out and Customer service read notes from my previous visit. The lady who helped me noted that I refused service due to the cost which was an absolute lie!
