I needed a new battery for my IPhone. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted by a nice young man who sent me in the right direction. The whole process took 2 hours and the phone is working great. Everyone I was in contact with at Apple was very helpful and knowledgeable.

As an elderly lady, and not tech savvy, I came into the store with a complicated problem. Terrance immediately helped me work through the steps required to solve it. I would like to thank him for his patience and vast knowledge of my device and Apple protocol.

One of the rare times I've been to an actual Apple Store and they failed to help me in any way. Associates are so busy chitchatting with each other while customers are waiting and kinda confused what is going on. I don't think it can get worse. Management needs to get their stuff together.
