DO NOT go to Apple at Mall of Georgia if you're from a non-English-speaking background, or use Google Fi; they will NOT help you. Sadly, yesterday I woke up to my iPhone 13 Pro not turning on (less than 3 years of use). I headed to Apple where the staff told me it had a good battery and was in perfect shape, but the brain of the phone died. When I asked why, the staff told me that they did not know, but it could be fixed for $600+tax or replaced, which was already upsetting enough.Today, I decided to get a new phone, and my dad came with me for moral support. I decided on an iPhone 15 with 256GB, a charger, and monthly AppleCare. The total came up to $1012.87, and a Spanish speaker helped us out since it is easier for us that way. When it was time to transfer the information or restore the backup to my new phone, they took us to a different person to help us (who did not speak Spanish). The Spanish speaker asked me which carrier I had, and I responded with Google Fi, to which the non-Spanish speaker said, 'ugh, that is a problem.' This person basically told us to figure it out on our own because it was our problem.20-30 minutes passed, and my dad and I had no idea what to do, and no one was willing to help us, although we were trying our best. We abruptly left when another member of Apple came to the person that was 'helping us' and asked what the problem was. She said, 'They have Google Fi. I told them to call Google Fi, but they are texting with them. They are never going to figure it out.'For a little context, my dad and I were speaking Spanish, and the lady thought we were not able to understand her. I closed the box of my brand new iPhone and said, 'Well, we'll figure it out at home; we are leaving.' They were left in shock that we actually did speak English. If you need a new phone or any type of Apple device, get it online and use the internet to figure out how to turn it on and make it work at home. That would be of better help than the Apple staff at the Mall of Georgia, and less hurtful too. I got my phone ready in less than 20 minutes at home, but before that sadly I spent 30 minutes at the Apple Store feeling bad about myself.

It's unfortunate that employees who speak Spanish are politely asked and all three of them today at different times are so grotesque, I have tried to buy an iPhone 15 pro Max on three occasions and the service is terrible, they don't even say good morning , at once he tells you. Wait there, they don't even let you ask if they can serve you after they are with the customer, it's always the same in this store in the Georgia Mall, they hire for the sake of hiring without giving the employees a course in good manners. I'm upset because I'm not here to ask for anything as a gift.

My husband had a 3:50 service appointment. We came an hour early and was told by a male representative that someone would take us within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, we checked to see if we could get help. A Hispanic female was so nasty and told us to come back that no one could help us. Her attitude was so negative. BUT, at 3:50 a very nice guy named Pablo greeted us, helped us and fixed our phone issue. He was courteous, friendly and asked if we needed help with anything else. THANK YOU PABLO!!!

Leon was the BEST!! He was very helpful and efficient throughout the entire process. Shane and Jeff were wonderful as well! I went for a scheduled appointment regarding a computer issue at the Genius Bar. Best customer service I've had at any establishment in a long time.

Worst experience ever. Just went in the Mall of Georgia store to look at the iPad and understand some its functionality for note taking. The sales rep was just simply not interested and very standoffish. I felt like I was wasting his time or bothering him!!! Might make my decision easier going to the Remarkable 2 paper tablet.

It seems all the shops focus on the young people today. Not much for the mature adults. Ladies clothes are mostly crop tops. Other ladies there were making the same observations.

Be careful to use their repair service. In summary, technology skill is doubtful and risk of losing your phone functions are high. I replaced the battery with no issue existing iPhone7, it ended up the home button doesn’t work at all and they finally complained my phone model is too old, tried to convince me to accept it is time to let it die and buy a new phone and offer me trade in price, $30 as a great deal I could dream of.

After purchasing the mobile phone, the information transmission failed, and no one paid attention to us after waiting for an hour.

One of the staff members we so helpful when we came in with a problem. I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out. He helped us come up with the best solution for the issue and that ended up being ordering a new phone replacement phone through our insurance. He was so thoughtful and took the extra time to really help us with a solution.
