I have been in this store a few times now to get help with understanding my bill, upgrading plans and such and the representatives are outstanding! Maria especially has helped me so so much. She is so patient, friendly, attentive and extremely helpful to get any issue I have, quickly resolved- even patiently sitting with me through a phone call to an agent. I am very grateful for her support and going above and beyond each time. Thank you so much Maria.

Shelby (the manager) is amazing! He’s AMAZING! This store in general has always been so helpful but he especially gives excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend this store and Shelby 100%!

Ask to see an itemized review of whatever you're having done before you leave.Went in for a trade in. Got our phone bill and there's a $17/month per person protection plan and a $6/month per person "next upgrade" they signed us up for completely without our knowledge or consent.

Employee-Abarra was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were getting new phones IPhone15 pro max from a iPhone 8 Plus. She was so helpful with every step of the process. Even though it took longer( past closing to complete everything) we never felt rushed. She continued to be kind, helpful, and personable. Highly recommend!

Shelby Mac changed my experience- I almost left AT&T after only 3 months.I started service with AT&T 3 months ago after being with my other carrier for over 13 years. I did so because we moved states and service was better with AT&T.Day 1: I went into the Buford Dr. location to inquire on pricing, deals etc. the deals were too great to pass up! So same day, after reviewing all the intricacies- we said yes let’s do it. We opened 2 phone lines and 2 watch lines. All went well that day.3 months later, my AARP and then military discount never applied, then added, then removed. (Now re-added and verified again.)To say the least, I dealt with 4 activation fees that were promised to be waived ($140) it never was. I traded in 2 iPhones for a total of $1350 that wasn’t applied until now. I gotten disconnected 2 times and charged reconnection fees in addition to late fees…My bill was truly a tangled mess. I didn’t know where to start. I went into the Buford store 4 times and this is my 5th but I decided to come to a new location. Got Shelby and sat down to pour out all my frustrations, explained the broken promises etc.He made it short and sweet and was able to follow along with my story whilst looking at my bill and understood. He was such an excellent listener. I can’t thank him enough. I had so much anxiety around the whole AT&T issue. He assisted with calling customer service loyalty department and broke down to the rep all I was struggling with. They were able to help me. I received credits on all fees that were not correctly charged. Walking out of the store, I feel light- like life can move forward without a $400-$700 bill slapping me monthly and unexpected deactivations of my device.THANK YOU SHELBY!!!

Miss Aliyah Davis is the absolute best. Came in to discuss my frustration in regards to my excessively high bill. She sat me down and talked to me about the bill and found a way to decrease it drastically by switching to different plan which resulted in the family getting new phones too. Great customer service and experience! Definitely recommend her!
