“I had the best experience at Lin’s Automotive. I was having an issue with my convertible top on my 2015 BMW. I called and their friendly staff was able to get me in within the hour. Wayne was unbelievable, taking the time to explain in detail the complex operation of my convertible top, and what he thought was wrong with it. He made a few minor adjustments to include adding fluid to my hydraulic pump. They only charged me for the diagnostic fee, which was fantastic. My BMW will only be serviced at Lin’s Automotive going forward. I feel they were honest and upfront, which unfortunately so many repair shops are not. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience!”

“I cannot shout the praises loud enough for this family owned/operated business. Tires plus not only quoted me higher prices but also told me things needed fixed that didn't. They had me scared to even drive my car. I took it to Parkers. My bill at tires plus would have been 1500 and that didn't include labor. I almost cried when Adam called me telling me he found nothing wrong with my brakes (Tires Plus said master cylinder was gone) and he fixed the front axle, checked everything and my out the door price was $383! They are hometown folks and it shows! Thank you so very much for keeping my car going and not breaking my wallet!”

“Prior to me coming to ALM I applied for a used car loan at my Credit Union and was denied. I then went to a few other dealerships around in the area and none of their cars were up to par or nor my taste. When i arrived at ALM I was greeted by "Pierre" and explained to him my budget and gave him an idea of the type of car I was looking for. Within moments Pierre have already put together a list of cars and took me to see every car on the list with no problem, and also aknowledged me on each cars pros and cons. After hours of looking I found my dream car in the lot, which was a little over my budget. Pierre knew how badly I wanted the vehicle and informed me he would do everything in his ability to assure me I would leave the lot with not only a vehicle but "The Vehicle" . A few hours later he worked his magic and I was driving off the lot in my '17 blacked out Audi A4 !!! Im writing this review a week later and from what i can tell you, everything he informed me about this car was true and the car is perfect. If you are going to ALM look for "Pierre" He's Very Personable which made the process feel like a breeze and not like I was being persuaded into being thrown into any vehicle.”

They never did the alignment and they supposedly “checked” it several times. So I called another Mavis in which Steve answered and got me right! He told me nothing was wrong with my car to the point where I couldn’t get an alignment.”
