“I’ve had a couple of very good experiences at The Muffler Shop. First of all, it’s not just mufflers. This is a very experienced crew of professionals who service from bumper to bumper, cars, trucks, and RVs. They have the Godzilla of lifts (15K lbs?). My latest experience was a “bugger”…but Jay Lawson figured out the issue and I give him props for his tenacity and honesty. He communicated very well and taught me something in the process.”

“After moving from across town away from a trusted auto repair and service shop for over 20 years, I wanted to find a new service center for my 2006 Honda CR-V. After trying out a couple of other "Garages" I found a home with Japanese Auto Repair.
Patrick (Service Advisor), Kyle (Technician) and Gayle (Customer Care) illustrated the kind of professionalism and peace of mind I hoped to find in an auto service center.
This confidence came from each person directly answering my questions, showing me the problems with my vehicle upfront, thus allowing me to make an informed decision on the work needing attention.

“I pulled into Speedy Auto of Buford around 4:30 PM on a Friday of the Fourth of July — one of the most dangerous weekends to be on the road. One of my headlights on my Toyota Rav4 was out, and I’d already been turned away at 2 other places, including Walmart! Speedy Auto said yes, right before closing, on a holiday weekend.
They diagnosed it fast — just needed new bulbs — giving me time to grab new headlight bulbs at AutoZone and get back before close. They installed them quickly and charged me next to nothing. Two months later, both headlights are still working perfectly.
Driving with only one headlight isn’t just inconvenient — it’s a real safety risk, for me and everyone else on the road. This shop said yes when others turned me away, and I won’t forget it.

Love the up front advice, and the pricing is very competitive within the area/market. Had an issue with one of the spark plugs installed and they got me in the next day to fix it which was amazing. I absolutely hate waiting to get something fixed since I dont want to do more harm to the vehicle in the meantime. Very professional, best shop around. 10/10”
