“I usually go to the Express Oil Change by Walmart which is literally like a mile from my house. This was the 3rd time they didn’t have the right oil for my car. They told me to go down the street to their sister location (so now my 3rd time). I was so frustrated because I had waited over a half hour all for them to then say they didn’t have the right oil. I went down to this location and chatted with Kelian who was AMAZING! I told him what happened so when I pulled in - I said can you please see if you have the right oil? They checked and they didn’t and he said they’d have it tomorrow. I explained I was driving to FLA tomorrow and needed and oil change. He printed out what oil I needed and told me I could go buy the right oil and they’d change it out. And that’s what I did - I went right back, they changed my oil and I was on my way. Kelian was so pleasant and we chatted while things were getting done. From now on, I’m just going to come to this location even though it’s about 7 miles further. Highly recommend!”
“I could not access the spare tire in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The cover hook to hold the platform up when switching the spare tire had hooked on to the spare tire. Somehow the mechanic got the screws in the compartment undone. To do this he had to get his arm in a two inch high opening and unscrew the strap hold band which he couldn't see. Truly amazing and done in short order.”
“Jim and his team do an excellent job! He has installed Carplay systems on both my wife's and my older Mercedes (2012 and 2016). Though there were some glitches and learning curves Jim has personally walked us through any pickups and system problems and has showed only the highest level of customer service that 1 could possibly expect! Have nothing but the best things to say about him and his business. You cannot go wrong here. Would definitely give him a call for any needs for your vehicles. 5 stars from me and EXCELLENT++++++++!!”

As annoying as it is that Forsyth County has this ridiculous yearly testing for new cars, this is the place to go. I appreciate the friendly, quick, minimal inconvenience that Certified Emissions provides while completing tag renewal requirements.”

“I see why Freed has 4.8 stars. My wife and I had a great experience here when they worked on her Volvo. They were extremely busy but got our car in ahead of schedule. They thought they had fixed the problem with her car but unfortunately it came back. When my wife let them know that it wasn't fixed, they immediately offered to refund the labor portion of our bill, thats unheard of these days! Communication was great and the team genuinely cares about their customers. Five Stars for Freed Performance, thank you Kevin!”
