“This will now be my go to location for my car services. I have been to other locations in the Atlanta/metro area and the service (labor) and customer service are hit and miss. That isn’t true for this location. I came by a few months ago for an oil change and the service was top notch. I went yesterday for the same service and still top notch service. Kelian and Martin were the two gentlemen who took care of my car and had me in and out in no time. I had a few questions about one of my front tires and Kelian answered them all, and even let me know that I’d need a new air filter soon while completing their point check services that are included with the oil change. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase additional services. As a lady, I was relieved by that and it made me feel all the more comfortable to return soon when I’m ready to replace the filter.”
“Jim and his team do an excellent job! He has installed Carplay systems on both my wife's and my older Mercedes (2012 and 2016). Though there were some glitches and learning curves Jim has personally walked us through any pickups and system problems and has showed only the highest level of customer service that 1 could possibly expect! Have nothing but the best things to say about him and his business. You cannot go wrong here. Would definitely give him a call for any needs for your vehicles. 5 stars from me and EXCELLENT++++++++!!”

“I see why Freed has 4.8 stars. My wife and I had a great experience here when they worked on her Volvo. They were extremely busy but got our car in ahead of schedule. They thought they had fixed the problem with her car but unfortunately it came back. When my wife let them know that it wasn't fixed, they immediately offered to refund the labor portion of our bill, thats unheard of these days! Communication was great and the team genuinely cares about their customers. Five Stars for Freed Performance, thank you Kevin!”
