Sent my daughter to them for an oil change - they were super nice to her, did the job right. Took my truck to them for an oil change/tire rotation. Had them change out the cabin air filter and something got messed up in that process - they made it right. Took my wife's car for them to fix something another shop screwed up (and wouldn't take responsibility for/make right) and they not only fixed the issue, but didn't charge me for it (ended up taking 10 minutes). “My mom ran over a screw and her tire light came on so she stopped by a nearby tire shop. They said she was fine and topped the air off and sent her home. I looked the next morning and found the screw in the middle of her back left tire. Tried to patch it at home but didn’t have an impact gun to get three of the lugnuts off. Went to two other Mavis tires before calling this one and they had me in and out in 30 min on a Sunday with no appointment and patched it for free- so courteous and very professional!!! Thank you guys very much! ????❤️”

Thankfully I was recommended to this shop by a good friend and my wife and I are grateful
I had a previous bad experience with a big name Mechanic shop in Suwanee (Christian Brothers) and from the very first experience with them I constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of with sky high prices and questionable Diagnosis on my vehicle
Long story short I never really understood how bad I was being taken advantage of until I came to HB AUTO who not only gave me Honest feedback and solid diagnosis on my vehicle but also Was able to repair three times as many issues as CB’s, But also for the same price that CB’s tried to quote me just to fix my AC, so here’s a rundown
For what CB Quoted me to fix my AC, HB AUTO not only fixed my AC, but put on new tires (which i needed for sure) As well as replace the tire pressure sensors (Which I also needed)
But not only that - at first he quoted me to replace the CO2 sensors ( CAT Was throwing codes) but then let us know when we picked up the car that the Sensor was actually just unplugged
So basically, instead of saying “hey by the way the reason Your Catalytic converter is throwing codes is cause you need two catalytic converters, - He was honest and just let us know that he plugged it back in.
Everything he said he was going to do, he did and it works and my car is back to normal
The fact that I feel like I finally found an honest mechanic/shop makes me feel so much More at ease when dropping my car off and Knowing that I don’t have to wander whether or not I’m being treated with honesty and dignity
HB AUTO Will be the only shop that I go to from now on and will be the only auto shop that I can confidently recommend in Suwanee

I brought my vehicle to this shop for an evaluation after damage. They provided a very detailed and transparent estimate, including clear photo documentation and a breakdown of all anticipated charges. The pricing was reasonable and the explanation of the repair scope was thorough and easy to understand.
At no point did they pressure me to proceed with the repairs. Once it became clear that I was paying out of pocket rather than through insurance, they were candid about the total cost relative to the vehicle’s value and agreed it may not be the most practical option. They supported me in taking time to explore alternatives, including selling the vehicle as-is.
Throughout this process, they were extremely patient and accommodating. They allowed the vehicle to remain on their lot while I arranged a buyer, and ultimately did not charge me for storage or evaluation. Despite investing time and effort into the assessment, they remained professional and helpful from start to finish.
Overall, this was a straightforward, honest experience with a family-owned shop, and the experience reflects that. Communication was direct and respectful throughout, and there is a clear emphasis on building trust rather than pushing for quick decisions..”
