“If I can only rate them 7 stars!! I brought my vehicle to this shop for an evaluation after damage. They provided a very detailed and transparent estimate, including clear photo documentation and a breakdown of all anticipated charges. The pricing was reasonable and the explanation of the repair scope was thorough and easy to understand. At no point did they pressure me to proceed with the repairs. Once it became clear that I was paying out of pocket rather than through insurance, they were candid about the total cost relative to the vehicle’s value and agreed it may not be the most practical option. They supported me in taking time to explore alternatives, including selling the vehicle as-is. Throughout this process, they were extremely patient and accommodating. They allowed the vehicle to remain on their lot while I arranged a buyer, and ultimately did not charge me for storage or evaluation. Despite investing time and effort into the assessment, they remained professional and helpful from start to finish. Overall, this was a straightforward, honest experience with a family-owned shop, and the experience reflects that. Communication was direct and respectful throughout, and there is a clear emphasis on building trust rather than pushing for quick decisions..”

“5 stars, highly recommend! If there's one thing I've learned in life after all these years - you want to find an honest, reputable, dependable mechanic for your autos. These guys are it! Sent my daughter to them for an oil change - they were super nice to her, did the job right. Took my truck to them for an oil change/tire rotation. Had them change out the cabin air filter and something got messed up in that process - they made it right. Took my wife's car for them to fix something another shop screwed up (and wouldn't take responsibility for/make right) and they not only fixed the issue, but didn't charge me for it (ended up taking 10 minutes). Solid, stand up guys at Team Ryan Suwanee!!! #teamryanrocks”

“I took Mom's Lexus sedan here for new rotors and pads. They did solid work and the $900 charge falls in the low range for that job (700 - $1200). Wayne's looks packed with work. That tells me that they have a lot of repeat business. Recommended.”

“HB AUTO SUWANEE Thankfully I was recommended to this shop by a good friend and my wife and I are grateful I had a previous bad experience with a big name Mechanic shop in Suwanee (Christian Brothers) and from the very first experience with them I constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of with sky high prices and questionable Diagnosis on my vehicle Long story short I never really understood how bad I was being taken advantage of until I came to HB AUTO who not only gave me Honest feedback and solid diagnosis on my vehicle but also Was able to repair three times as many issues as CB’s, But also for the same price that CB’s tried to quote me just to fix my AC, so here’s a rundown For what CB Quoted me to fix my AC, HB AUTO not only fixed my AC, but put on new tires (which i needed for sure) As well as replace the tire pressure sensors (Which I also needed) But not only that - at first he quoted me to replace the CO2 sensors ( CAT Was throwing codes) but then let us know when we picked up the car that the Sensor was actually just unplugged So basically, instead of saying “hey by the way the reason Your Catalytic converter is throwing codes is cause you need two catalytic converters, - He was honest and just let us know that he plugged it back in. Everything he said he was going to do, he did and it works and my car is back to normal The fact that I feel like I finally found an honest mechanic/shop makes me feel so much More at ease when dropping my car off and Knowing that I don’t have to wander whether or not I’m being treated with honesty and dignity HB AUTO Will be the only shop that I go to from now on and will be the only auto shop that I can confidently recommend in Suwanee Thank you For taking care of my car and treating me and my wife with respect 5 Stars all day long”

“I had a great experience with Star Tech servicing my Mercedes CLA 250. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were honest about what needed to be repaired, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary work. The pricing was fair. My car was repaired quickly, and it’s running now. It’s hard to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and provides excellent customer service, but Star Tech exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Star Tech to anyone looking for reliable Mercedes service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. Thank you guys.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Gwinnett Collision Center in Suwanee. After dealing with car damage, the last thing you want is stress or confusion, and Leo made the whole experience easy. Leo, the owner, is one of the most honest people I’ve met in this business. He took the time to explain what actually needed to be fixed (and what didn’t), gave me a fair price, and stuck to his word. No upselling, no excuses, no surprises. The work itself was top-notch. My car came back looking great, and you’d never know it had been in an accident. Turnaround time was reasonable, communication was solid, and I always felt like my car was in good hands. It’s rare to find a body shop you can truly trust, but this is one of them. If you’re in or around Suwanee and need collision repair, I’d absolutely recommend Gwinnett Collision Center — ask for Leo.”

“John at Eurostar is SO FAIR! I have used them for our cars needs for a long while now. He is HONEST. Never have I felt over charged. He is courteous and calls you back without fail. I highly recommend this mechanics shop. He has worked on so many different types of vehicles of mine. He has worked on my American pickup trucks as well as European cars I have owned. He stands behind everything he does too! He’s like a friend and it’s nice to have that type of relationship with a business owner you can count on.”

He has always been able to find AND correct the issue with any of my vehicles, no problem. “I have owned my 2022 Audi Q5 for 2 1/2 years and purchased it at just under 10K miles. The odometer now reads at nearly 60K miles so I needed to find a local quality auto repair service to provide substantial maintenance and repair that, in some cases, was long overdue. When I spoke with Kevin on the telephone to inquire about the service possibility, I was impressed with the proficiency and professionalism that Kevin exuded. In fact, these same qualities were reflected throughout this organization as I later learned. I was able to take my vehicle into Speed Auto Repair that day and received a detailed account of the needs for my vehicle. This impressive information enabled me to make a more informed choice to update the maintenance plan. My vehicle was ready as promised that same afternoon and I now drive an auto that is roadworthy and more than capable of handling the miles that I will be traveling over the ensuing months. If you are in need of an auto repair service that you can trust please call Kevin at Speed Auto Repair of Suwanee. You can thank me later!”

“Just good ol boys! Friendly and approachable people who want to serve the common car owner with honest rates and service. After putting my truck back together I noticed something felt off and John was open to me coming back, double checking and corrceting any errors without trying to deflect what I perceived. They stand by their work! Just real people helping real people! I'm traveling from out of state so likely won't use them again, but I sure won't forget them and will recommend to anyone. The reviews don't lie!”

Found Atlanta Volvo through Google. They were very thorough and honest. Peter and his crew found hack job other mechanic did and fixed everything. It took a couple of visits since there were multiple problems hiding. Peter was honest and understanding through the process. I would highly recommend them”
