Trust the bad reviews. This branch is the worst. Beyond bad. Mistake after mistake. Employees are rude. Manager is nice, but it doesn't make up for the tellers mistakes and rude behavior. I'm done with Truist.

This bank is so dishonest. Make sure you count your change and watch your deposits. They steal, shocking I know but true. That’s why they have horrible ratings.
