“Ever since I joined Navy Federal, they have gone above and beyond catching any possible fraud charges by texting me or my husband asking if we did the transaction. They will block the card, and you can either go into a branch to get a new one or they will mail it to you.They really care about their members. The staff is always friendly, and transactions are done quickly. The best part is they have 2 ATMs in front of this branch.The only drawback is that it is not as convenient to get in and out of during rush hours, so I would suggest going mid-morning or in the afternoon.If you are a member of the Armed Services, I would suggest that you become a member.”
