Awful. Do not bank here. They don’t close your account and then charge you. Deceptive practices 101. Ridiculous. No one cares and no one can help you. It’s always their systems fault. Also, 2 years ago I deposited 4 checks. One of which was for just under $30,000. It was never actually deposited into my account. I called and was told it had been misplaced and they would look for it. 3 hours later the teller that had misplaced it called to say she found it and offered no apology and was rude. This was the whole reason I closed my accounts in the first place. Then I find out they never actually closed my credit card and there was fraud on it a year later I am trying to sort though. Terrible support. Terrible management. Terrible follow up. All the way around do not bank here.

Banking processing was too late. I used drive thru, but the line next to me came later than me, but it ended earlier than me. I just came to deposit, but the banking process was messed up.

Horrible drive thru service. They state that drive thru opens at 830 but it's 9. Not to mention while I was cashing my check in drive thru they gave my ID and money to another customer? It made me furious.

This merger has been the worst ever. I used to love Suntrust! Try going to a BB&T branch, as a ST client, it's an icy experience. Only one person can assist you and they make you wait forever. It's also very frustrating that I can not deposit checks into the ATM at a BB&T branch.Will be moving to a LOCAL small bank.

This banks cool had an issues they resolved it so I can't complain small local branch same people daily so friendly environment They have safety deposit box's so that's a PLUS It's a sun trust and bb&t = tru something we'll see how that relationship works out

The drive up lanes are always full as they only have one teller. I have waited in excess of 20 minutes. Inside is no better. They have ONE BB&T banker inside. Ridiculous.

Horrible drive thru service. The branch on Lanier Parkway is just Horrible. I so wish that SunTrust had not combine with BB&T..but this BB&T is the closest for me as they closed the SunTrust branch on Golden Parkway..SunTrust was the absolute best..BB&T needs to up their game at this branch.

I've visited this branch multiple times now, and each time, I've had a good experience. The employees are kind, patient, and work as quickly as they reasonably can to help customers. One time, in the drive thru, I heard an angry customer cussing at the employees. Unfortunately, their conversation was so loud I understood most of what was happening on both ends. However, I was impressed by the team of employees and how they handled this disgruntled customer. They were kind, hustled to resolve the issue, and remained professional. I will keep coming back here!

The BB & T on Friendship road in Buford has horrible service. I have had bad experience with BBT in the past. They wouldn't help me, so I went to a suntrust in another town and they helped me with the same issue, no problem. I definitely would not recommend using this branch which is in the process of turning over to truist bank. This incident has me questioning whether I even want to stay with suntrust since it's going over with BBT.
